The same hatch. Rear access - perfect for deliveries. Doorway on the right takes you down corridor to private loo, fire escape and access to another 300 sq.foot room available if needed.

Again, inside the possible kitchen. Gas and possible oven place. The doorway on the left goes through to the other room with two large windows with a nice green view. There is separate access to this room onto the corridor leading to the main area.
