A full range of Yoga classes are offered throughout the week, including Gentle Beginners Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Open Classes (intermediate), Workshop (advanced), Pranayama & Medtation, Seniors Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Massage, Tots Yoga and Kids Yoga.
No need to sign up for a course or book in advance. All Yoga classes are "drop-in" classes.
