We are less than 200 metres from St Peters Street in the centre of St Albans.
There are many bus routes close to us and we are about 10 minutes walk from
St Albans Railway Station (which is 20 minutes by rail from St Pancras, London).

There is a small car park at the back of The Yoga Hall (access from Essex Street and Clifton Street).
We share the car park with local businesses, so it can only be used for evening and weekend classes.
