HypnoBirthing


Diana Tibble a midwife for 16 years practiced in Hertfordshire and London. Diana is a member of the BSACH having achieved a PgDip in Applied Hypnosis at University College London. For the last 15 years Diana has run a busy Homeopathic & Hypnotherapy Practice in St Albans where she receives referrals from Midwives and GP’s. Diana has combined her love of the magical phase of childbirth with her hypnotherapy skills. You will receive CD’s for practice and an informative book plus booklet.
Her classes for couples are informative, and realistic. You will learn the art of self-hypnosis, eradicate the fear and anxiety that can so often accompany labour, how to trust your body and work with your own natural birthing instincts.
With HypnoBirthing you will not be in a sleep state. You will be aware and fully in control but profoundly relaxed. Diana is a lively, open, down to earth teacher and is extremely committed to enabling couples feel that their baby’s birthday was the best day of their lives!

The class group is kept small, ideally four couples but will go to five if circumstances dictate! The fee is £350.00p inclusive...no one is turned away, should you have difficulties in meeting the costs please don’t hesitate to ring me on 01727 764826

Core Strength Class

Ana has two children and (like many of us) has learnt the importance of core strength through childbirth. Many of us loose some core stability during pregnancy and labour, and then realise how important it is. But you don't have to have children (or be female) to benefit from this understanding. Improved core strength reduces back problems, helps prevent injury and improves balance and stability. Ana has studied both Yoga and Pilates, and will share her knowledge and practice gleaned from many years of investigation and a keen personal interest in this theme.

We are very pleased to have a new member of the Team here at the Yoga Hall. Nicky Wallace has recently moved to the area from sunny Frinton-on-Sea where she has taught Chi Kung for many years. She now offers a regular Tai Chi / Chi Kung class on Sunday mornings 9.00-10.30am, £8.
Ancient gentle movememnt exercise to promote vitality and heath. Gentle stretching and mobilising the body and joints, breathing techniques, static postures, fluid walking forms and meditations. Safe, gentle and easy to learn.
