Laura Hinde has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1995 in Canada, New York, The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, London and St Albans. She trained with her teacher Faustomaria Dorelli at Innergy Yoga in West London and with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Society. Her studies of Raja Yoga with Fausto are at the core of her understanding and teaching of Yoga. She is also influenced by her practice of Vipassana Meditation, since 1995. She has taught Pre-Natal Yoga for 10 years, studying with Janet Balaskas at The Active Birth Centre and developing her own practice during her two pregnancies. Her interest in Baby Massage, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Tots Yoga has grown with her own children. She has studied with Peter Walker and Birthlight, and her classes incorporate what she has learned from personal experience.

Finlay Hinde began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 1994 with his Chinese Medicine teacher, Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa, and Qi Gong with Tinh Thong Nguyen. During his years as an Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Sound Healer, he also practiced Kashmiri Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Vipassana Meditation. In 1998 he found his teacher Faustomaria Dorelli, who could demonstrate Classical Yoga integrated with our modern western predicament. After Sivananda teacher training in 2000 he married one of Fausto’s student teachers, Laura. Together they set up The Yoga Hall in St Albans. Finlay teaches all levels of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Raja Yoga and Kirtan Chanting.

Lou Stanion. Drawn in by The Yoga Hall's purple sign, Lou's interest in yoga started in 2004. Immediately taken by the calming effect that the asanas (postures) had on her mind, she soon found herself attending as many classes as she could. On the Brazier's weekend retreats in Oxfordshire, she was introduced to Raja Yoga with Fausto. This had an immediate impact on her and has led to the deepening of her study of yoga at Innergy Yoga Centre in London. Lou's interest in meditation has grown out of her yoga practice, especially Vipassana Meditation. Yoga has also led her to begin writing again and to explore 'The Artist's Way'. She is a qualified reflexologist and enjoys Kirtan Chanting. Lou teaches Beginners on Tuesdays 7:15 to 8:45pm

Liz Egre teaches Seniors Yoga on Mondays 10:15 to 11:30am.
