An opportunity for parent/carer and baby to practise yoga together in a friendly and relaxed environment. Natural movements are used for fun and games; maintaining good posture and all around fitness as the baby grows.
Benefits for baby include the development of back strength, the encouragement of structural symmetry and balance, and familiarity with their new body. At the same time, parents benefit by loosening and strengthening their body, whilst re-energising with the breath.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a snack or feed for your babies if they will need it.
