Yoga Bugs - Kids Yoga


















Classes are designed to maintain children’s natural flexibility and teach them to breathe correctly. For the younger ones - Exciting Adventures with songs, stories, games and relaxation techniques. For the older age group classes include more challenging posture work. Some of the overall benefits to the children are improved balance and concentration, better sleep patterns, greater self-esteem and a stronger immune system.
