From 16 weeks to crawling.

From 12 weeks, babies are often ready for more stimulation. The baby yoga class introduces a whole series of movements and positions to promote a healthy sleep and digestion. We address all areas of the body with movement – twists, swoops, dips, songs, inversions and rolls. There is also time for a little post-natal yoga for parents to release and relax too.
We often have Dads, Grandparents and other family members in this class -
please feel free to bring them along.
Herbal tea and cakes/biscuits seem appropriate at tea time, to end the class while we chat.
